Experience

Scott Stone is a member of the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Stone has over 29 years of experience in divorce and family law and is on the 18-B Assigned Counsel Panel and Attorney for Children Panel for Westchester County and is on the Appeals Panel for both as well.  Mr. Stone also has extensive experience on real estate matters, corporate matters, construction, commercial litigation and real estate ligitation. Over the course of his career, Mr. Stone has also acquired extensive experience representing, landlords, tenants and lenders on all types of commercial properties including commercial office buildings, airports, shopping centers, warehouses and residential real estate.  Mr. Stone has represented numerous clients in connection with real estate and title disputes, shareholder and other corporate and partnership disputes, breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, UCC actions, landlord-tenant disputes, collections, divorce and family law.  Mr. Stone is also an arbitrator in the City Court of New Rochelle.
